You are the architect of our growth
You’re stepping in at a pivotal moment: our technology is solid, our customers are enthusiastic, and the market is shifting. Now it’s time to scale. You’ll develop the growth roadmap and define which channels we activate — paid, organic, email, CRM, affiliate — and how this mix delivers maximum ROI and scalability. You think strategically, but act pragmatically.
You turn performance marketing into momentum
You know how to launch campaigns that drive not just clicks, but conversions. You test systematically, optimize landing pages and customer journeys, and make sure every euro counts. A/B testing isn’t a trick to you — it’s a mindset.
You build relationships that last
From onboarding to retention: you design funnels that work. You make customers feel welcome, help them grow with our product, and ensure they stay because they continue to see the value. You think in lifecycles, not isolated actions.
You let data speak
You monitor KPIs like CAC, LTV, ROAS, and churn. You analyze where things get stuck, where they flow, and where they can accelerate. You use insights to shape strategies that are not only smart, but scalable.
You connect teams en stories and collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and Operations. Together, you ensure a consistent message, recognizable branding, and a user experience that feels right — from first click to long-term partnership.
You create content that resonates
You develop a content strategy that’s not just beautiful, but effective. You make sure copy, visuals, and creatives go live at the right moment — and that they drive conversion, brand experience, and customer trust.
New channels, technologies, tools? You explore them.
You’re not afraid to experiment. You take calculated risks, test, learn, and scale what works.
What do you bring?
4-8 years of experience with growth marketing at a scale-up or within a SaaS, environment
Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel, and Power BI
Experience with tools for paid media, SEO, CRO, marketing automation/CRM tools, analytics (such as google analytics, tag manager)
Hands-on experience with paid media, CRO, funnels, and CRM
Creativity in content and storytelling
Drive to build, test, and grow
Problem solving mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach
Familiarity with the EV charging or energy industry is a plus
Passion for collaborating towards a zero-emission future
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English; able to present ideas clearly - internally and externally
